Navigating the new John Monash site.

Once you are at the Introduction or the Main Index the John Monash site works just the same as the previous one.

Some academic publications and web sites have made reference to pages on the previous John Monash site. To transform an old reference into a new one, it is only necessary to alter the initial part of the URL. For example:
is now

My academic work on the Design of Structures.

The previous site included material related to my academic publications. This had become dated and also required constant maintenance of links to external photographs. I have therefore taken the opportunity offered by the switch, to de-commission those pages.

Site design.

This is a minimalist site: partly to ensure compatibility with a maximum of platforms and browsers; partly because I am more interested in content than presentation. It complies with W3C XHTML 1.0 Strict, but should be intelligible to non-compliant browsers.
