John Monash: Engineering enterprise prior to WW1.

Tatura Water Tower. 1912.

A tall cylindrical tank atop a tall shaft of almost equal diameter. The tank is heavily stained by efflorescence. The shaft is decorated with three wide bands of rough cast finish. It has three rows of windows alternating with the bands.
