The on-ground cylinder is taking shape and the two lower stages of the wall have been cast. The formwork consists of a ring of full-height vertical struts. These are connected circumferentially at the top by straight pieces, and across two diameters by tension members. Vertical panels span between the uprights and apparently slide up as required. Most are still at the level of the second wall lift, but one has been positioned for the third lift.
