John Monash: Engineering enterprise prior to WW1.

Echuca Water Tower. 1915.

A tall cylindrical tank atop a tall shaft of almost equal diameter. The tank is heavily stained by efflorescence. The shaft is decorated with four wide bands of darker stones. It has five rows of windows alternating with the bands.
