John Monash: Engineering enterprise prior to WW1.

Reinforced Concrete T-girder Bridges. Glenferrie Road Bridge, Stonnington 1912.

Although this is a girder bridge with prominent (unnecessary) haunches, the impression is of three concrete arches supported on short pillars. There is a brick parapet. The scene is now dominated by the modern deck and girders of the Monash Freeway.
